Q. WHAT MAKES DRIVE FRESH UNIQUE?

A. Drive Fresh is the first of its kind. For years, drivers have gone without & suffered the bad smell of nothing. We were founded to change that. We like to think we’re unique for our easy solution to replenishing your Vehicle Air Fresheners, plus our options of multiple brands and an array of exclusive scents which you cannot purchase in local stores.
 

Q. WHY SHOULD I SUBSCRIBE TO DRIVE FRESH?

A. Well, we hope our benefits are clear and we don’t have to persuade you to subscribe. But, if you do need some convincing… Here’s the basics:
1. You won’t ever forget to replenish so will always Drive Fresh
2. You will receive your favourite brands with a whole load of exclusive scents
3. Delivery in UK is FREE
4. You won’t have to go out of your way to buy your new Air Freshener and waste petrol money
5. It’s so cool receiving gifts in the post, let’s be honest

Q. HOW DOES DELIVERY/BILLING WORK?

A. We ship out all our orders EVERY OTHER MONDAY via 2nd Class UK Delivery.  2 per month, we call these 'Shipment Day 1' & 'Shipment Day 2'. The cut off point for orders is the day before (That's Sunday!).
If you miss Shipping Date 1, your package will be sent out on Shipping Date 2, and vice-versa. Your Billing Date will remain as every 4 weeks from when you signed up. This image below may help you visualise:
 

Q. DO YOU STOCK ANY MORE BRANDS?

A. Right now, our brand inventory is as displayed in our store. However, we’re always open to suggestions and open to working with more brands - if there’s the correct demand. To recommend a brand or to put your brand forward, please email us on brands@drive-fresh.co.uk
 

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T LIKE MY RECEIVED SCENT?

A. As much as we try to impress, sometimes it’s impossible to please everyone. In your monthly box, you will receive a random scent which will be selected by our team of Air Freshener connoisseurs. If your new box turns up and you dislike the content, sadly we are unable to offer an exchange or return as you are signing up to receive random scents each month. To prevent situations like this, when subscribing initially, please leave a note when prompted and include any scents you’d like us to exclude from your monthly box.

Q. IS DRIVE FRESH AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE?

A. Sadly not! For now, to create a Drive Fresh subscription you must be UK based. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we're sure we'll be available worldwide very soon!
 

Q. CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

A. Yes! Despite having a ‘Random Box’, some of our users still prefer to subscribe to one particular brand. If this is you and you do wish to change which brand you receive each month, you can simply let us know and we’ll change it from your next billing date. Please include your name & address, and let us know which Box you wish to swap to. Email: orders@drive-fresh.co.uk
 

Q. CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

A. You can, yes. We don’t like to see people leave Drive Fresh and go back to those old, dark days, but we understand that sometimes circumstances might force this. To cancel your plan, simply log in to your Drive Fresh account and click ‘Cancel Subscription’. You must cancel with at least 3 days notice to your next billing date, or your plan will then cancel on the next billing cycle.
